2. What we may process
When you visit the site, the server or hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status, user-agent and referrer for delivery, security and diagnostics. Analytics and YouTube require your prior consent, and email contact only occurs if you decide to send a message.
- Email you send: if you click a
mailto:link and send a message, we use your address and message only to handle and reply to that communication. - Analytics: Google Analytics 4 is not loaded and no analytics data is sent unless you accept “Analytics”.
- YouTube: videos are not loaded until you accept “Marketing”. Only then does your browser connect to YouTube/Google.

4. Recipients
- Hosting provider for delivery and logs.
- Google for Analytics and YouTube only if you consent, as described in Google Privacy Policy.
- No other recipients and no sale of data.
5. International transfers
If you consent to Analytics or Marketing, Google may process data outside the EEA. Google states it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google’s documentation for the current status.
6. Retention
Emails are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and then deleted unless you ask otherwise. Logs are kept for a short period as determined by the hosting environment. Your cookie choice (pv_consent) is kept for 12 months. When you consent, Google retains Analytics and YouTube data according to its own periods (see cookie policy for durations).
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability where applicable, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise them write to info@protovision.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the AEPD.
8. Security and children
We use HTTPS and keep processing to the minimum. The site is not directed to children under 14.
9. Updates
We publish any change here. If it affects consent-based processing we will ask for consent again.
